New York State Real Estate Salesperson Examination
The qualifying written examination for a New York Real Estate Salesperson license is a 1.5-hour multiple-choice exam based on the 77-hour pre-licensing curriculum, administered by the New York Department of State's own Exam Unit at state exam sites (scheduled through the Department's eAccessNY portal — no third-party vendor such as PSI or Pearson VUE is involved). Where rules vary

Eligibility
