ServSafe Manager Exam

The ServSafe Manager Exam is a 90-question multiple-choice certification exam for food protection managers, accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) under Conference for Food Protection standards and administered by the National Restaurant Association through its ServSafe program.
