Ohio Department of Insurance

The Ohio Department of Insurance is the state agency authorized by Chapter 3905 of the Ohio Revised Code to qualify individuals to act as insurance agents in Ohio; it sets pre-licensing education requirements, approves education providers, and has contracted with PSI Services LLC to conduct the insurance license examination program.
