The Texas state agency that governs the Texas Success Initiative, under which all Texas public institutions of higher education must use the TSI Assessment (TSIA2) to determine college readiness; TSIA2 was designed, developed, and maintained by the College Board on the ACCUPLACER platform under contract to the Board.
