Oregon State Board of Nursing

The Oregon state regulatory board that certifies nursing assistants, approves the nurse aide competency examination and test plan, sets certification and re-examination fees by administrative rule (OAR chapter 851), and maintains the Oregon Nurse Aide Registry. It has approved D&S Diversified Technologies (HEADMASTER) to provide testing and scoring services for nurse aide testing in Oregon.
