Nevada Division of Insurance

The Nevada Division of Insurance, part of the state Department of Business and Industry, regulates Nevada's insurance industry, licenses producers, adjusters, and bail agents, and contracts with Pearson VUE to develop and administer the state's insurance licensing examinations.
