Florida Board of Physical Therapy

The Florida Board of Physical Therapy, a professional board under the Florida Department of Health, regulates physical therapists and physical therapist assistants under Chapter 486, Florida Statutes, and Rule Chapter 64B17, F.A.C.; it requires all licensure applicants to pass the Florida Laws and Rules Examination (jurisprudence exam), which is given through the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT).
