Immunization Administration Certificate Exam

The Immunization Administration Certificate Exam is PTCB's 60-question multiple-choice computer-based exam (1 hour 20 minutes of exam time within a 1-hour-30-minute appointment) that active PTCB CPhTs who have completed a PTCB-Recognized Immunization Administration Education/Training Program must pass to earn the PTCB Immunization Administration Certificate — delivered year-round online-proctored or in person at Pearson VUE test centers, passable with a scaled score of 300 out of 0–400, for an $89 application fee, with no renewal requirement.
