The Branch 2 Operator Written Examination (OPR2) is the computer-based licensing examination administered for the California Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB) that a candidate must pass to be licensed as a structural pest control Operator in Branch 2, general pest — 'the practice relating to the control of household pests, excluding fumigation with poisonous or lethal gases.' It contains 150 items with 2.5 hours allowed, the passing score is 70 percent (Business and Professions Code §8560), and it is delivered at PSI test centers under PSI Services LLC, SPCB's contracted testing vendor.
