The Wisconsin state health agency whose Division of Quality Assurance, Office of Caregiver Quality, approves nurse aide training and competency evaluation programs under Wis. Admin. Code ch. DHS 129, contracts D&SDT-Headmaster to deliver the state's single nurse aide competency test and host the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry (WNAR), and maintains the registry that lists CNAs who meet federal and state requirements.
