NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research)

NCCER is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational foundation, created by the construction industry in 1996, that provides standardized training curricula, program accreditation, and the National Craft Assessment and Certification Program (NCACP) of more than 50 craft-specific journey-level knowledge assessments and performance verifications.
