Minnesota Department of Health
The Minnesota Department of Health is the state agency that protects, maintains, and improves the health of all Minnesotans; its Nurse Aide Registry registers qualified nurse aides to work in long-term care facilities, approves and monitors nurse aide training and competency evaluation programs throughout Minnesota, and selected D&S Diversified Technologies (D&SDT)-Headmaster as its test contractor, with testing delivered on the Headmaster TMU platform since February 1, 2022.
