ICDL South Africa, a subsidiary of the ECDL (ICDL) Foundation, is the national operator that administers the ICDL digital-skills certification programme in South Africa through a network of ICDL Accredited Test Centres using automated test systems, selling Candidate Registration Numbers that are valid at ICDL test centres worldwide.
