Education Testing Council (ETC), Higher Education Commission Pakistan

The Education Testing Council is the testing body set up by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan (notification No. 19-54 HEC/HRM/14/584, 25 January 2017; revamped 2018) to develop, administer, and score standardized tests including the HAT, USAT, LAT, and LAW-GAT; it administers HAT in-house through its portal at etc.hec.gov.pk rather than through an external delivery vendor.
