CCE (Greensboro, NC) is an independent nonprofit affiliate of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) that provides psychometric and examination services and administers the CPCE and HSCE, along with credentialing programs (ACS, BCC, BC-TMH, GCDF); CPCE exam delivery, scheduling, and scoring are operated through its delivery vendor Pearson VUE.
