California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology

The California board (within the Department of Consumer Affairs) that licenses and regulates the state's barbering and beauty industry; it requires the barber written examination for licensure, contracts with PSI Services LLC to develop and deliver the examinations, and issues the photographic license on-site to candidates who pass.
