Bureau of Local Government Finance

The bureau of the Philippine Department of Finance that supervises local treasury operations nationwide. It runs the Standardized Examination and Assessment for Local Treasury Service (SEAL) Program, under which the Department of Finance instituted the Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination; the Civil Service Commission administers the exam in cooperation with the DOF-BLGF, and passing confers the Local Treasurer Eligibility.
