The not-for-profit professional association for dietary managers and foodservice professionals; through its affiliated Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM), ANFP sets the CDM, CFPP credentialing and eligibility policies and offers the CDM, CFPP Credentialing Exam, which is delivered year-round at PSI test centers.
