Addictions Nursing Certification Board (ANCB)
The Addictions Nursing Certification Board, established in 1989, develops, implements, and manages the Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) and CARN-Advanced Practice certification programs; both examinations are ABSNC-accredited, and C-NET acts as ANCB's testing and application service with PSI delivering the computer-based exam.
