American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board

The national nonprofit certifying body for nurse practitioners — doing business as the Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (NPCB) — that develops and administers competency-based certification examinations accredited by ABSNC and NCCA. It is independent of the professional membership association AANP (aanp.org), though AANP members receive an application fee discount.
